Linientreu

BY UTE NAWRATIL

Linientreu (‘In Line’) is a semicircular shawl, alternating equilateral triangles and simple garter stitch rows. The triangle modules are joined by knitting (no sewing necessary!) The right triangles at the border edge result from short rows.  Sample shown was knit using a self-striping sock yarn combined with a solid color.  Pair elann Impromptu Lite or Tarantella Joie de Vivre 4-ply to knit this mesmerizing garment!
