Don’t Ruche Me, I’m Knitting Scarf

This fun, feminine, and sophisticated design is a fairly quick knit, with lovely textured results that will be a delight to wear!  It combines lace with some simple shaping techniques, to give it beautiful body and structure. This pattern includes a one-ball option with two “ruched” sections at each end, perfect for gift knitting, and a two-ball option with three ruched sections, if you prefer your scarves with a little more length.

  • Experience Level: Intermediate
  • Finished Measurements: 18 cm (7″) wide (at middle) by 139.5 (55″)  long for one-ball version and 158cm  (62.25″) long for the two-ball version.
  • Materials:  1 or 2 balls of elann Silken Kydd – Make 5, one-ball scarves with just one Silken Kydd Assorted Color Pack (see link below).
