p’tits trous

BY ATELIER ALFA

Wonderfully flattering, and with an array of delightful details, p’tits trous can be made as a shrug or cardigan.  Starting in the middle of the back with a provisional cast on, and a large hole (instructions included if you should want to omit the hole), it is worked sideways and back and forth, after which stitches are joined to work the sleeves top down in the round.  Add ribbing all around to complete the shrug, or continue knitting into an A-line cardigan with lines of eyelets that flare out and flow into the lace border.  It is available in extended sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL  and  just perfect for our elann Soft Embrace 4-Ply fingering weight yarn.
